We generally ship orders within 24-48 business hours, however, it may take longer depending on volume. Orders generally arrive within 2-4 business days, but may take up to 7.
All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.
Entire order must be shipped to a single address. If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided.
AY Store is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by USPS, AY Store is no longer responsible for the package. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.
