We hope you love every item you get from AY Store, but we are understanding that sometimes things just aren’t a perfect fit. We want you to be completely happy with your experience, so you are more than welcome to return an item for store credit or exchange!
Please make sure you follow the return policies below to help us streamline our return process for you:
Please include your packing slip or a sheet of paper with your name and order number on it with your return. This will expedite us locating your order and processing your return faster.
Items MUST BE POSTMARKED within 7 days of delivery to you in order for us to exchange or return the item. Please check your delivery date prior to sending back as we will not accept anything outside of the 7 day window. If you are local, please make sure you are picking up your items within the 7 days time frame, as the policy is set from the day it is packed and ready for pick up.
Items that are accidentally purchased through live sales, preauthorized waitlist items, or in store, due to two of the same size/style or previously purchased items, are only available for store credit as well.
If we have the available item, we can exchange it for the size you are needing. If we don’t have that item in stock, we will return the item for store credit only.
All returns must be unworn, free of any stains and odors (perfumes, animals, smoke, etc.) and be in prime condition. We have the right to refuse any return due to it not abiding by the conditions previously stated. If an item is denied for return or exchange due to it not coming back to us in sellable condition, you will be required to pay for shipping to return the items to you.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. They must be unworn, packaged, and in prime condition. Any shoes returned without a box, or not in the original box, will not be accepted. All boxes MUST be placed inside of a package to return. We will not accept a shoe return if the label is placed anywhere on the shoe box.

Once we receive and process your return, you will be notified via email that you have received a store credit. Your store credit will reflect your purchase price minus the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit when being returned to us.
If, for any reason you receive a damaged item, please notify us asap via email to support@appsyork.com and include a photo of the damage.
